Tape Library Management
If you have a large tape library then consider the integrated tape library management capabilities provided by the CatDV Enterprise Client:

- Annotate each tape with its name, location, format, and other metadata
- The library management screen summarises all the tapes in the library
- Quickly browse all the clips in the database by tape, irrespective of which catalog or project they occur in
- Given a clip, instantly look up details of the physical tape it is on.

Barcode scanner
You can enhance the library management screen of the CatDV Enterprise Client by by adding an optional wireless Bluetooth barcode scanner:
- Lets you scan a video tape and instantly bring up the tape's details
- Record a tape's shelf location and keep track of all tape movements
- Operate remotely (store information in the scanner's memory until you upload it) or with a "live" connection to the computer.
