Question

CatDV won't accept my registration code!

Answer

There are several things you should try:

1. Make sure you're using the right version of CatDV. A registration code for the Mac will not normally work on the PC and vice versa, and codes for one version won't normally work against another.

2. Make sure you enter the full code and user name exactly as it was written in the original email we sent you. The version reported in the About box is not the full code.

3. To avoid mistakes when entering the code (0 or O, 1 or I etc.) don't type in the code but copy the user name and registration code lines from your email (or even the whole message) and use the 'Paste registration' button. This will automatically detect and extract the registration details from the clipboard contents.

4. If you still have problems, please contact sales@squarebox.co.uk, making sure to quote any error code numbers that are displayed.
