Question

I ordered last week but you haven't send me my code!

Answer

We can only contact you with the email address you provide. If you specified an incorrect address, if your mail box is full, or if your ISP's mail filters inadvertently block our message, then the email we send with your registration code won't arrive.

If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours please mail sales@squarebox.co.uk with details of your order, and please provide alternative contact details (such as a work email address or your telephone number) in case we can't get through to your normal address!
