The CatDV application is available as a free download from our web site and from various CD-ROMs. When you first install and use the application it will function for up to 30 days in evaluation mode. This gives you the opportunity to check that CatDV works correctly on your particular system and is able to correctly import and scan movies captured on your computer. You can import movies and other files, load CatDV catalogs, and display and edit all the clip logging data. You cannot save catalogs, export or print any clip data in evaluation mode however, as we want yout to purchase the application! Once you purchase CatDV you will be sent a registration code which "unlocks" it into the paid up "registered" mode that has no such restrictions.
