For technical support on CatDV or to raise bug reports please contact us by email at support@squarebox.co.uk. When submitting bug reports it is helpful if you include a copy of the CatDV error log ("catdv.errs" under Windows) that is written in the directory containing the CatDV application. For general comments or feature requests you can reach the development team by emailing catdv@squarebox.co.uk. Alternatively, if you would like to share your comments or queries with the wider user community you can use the ChatDV mailing list. To report a crash additional information is often very helpful.
