Question

I don't see any thumbnails when importing movies!

Answer

You probably left out the optional QuickTime Imaging component when you installed QuickTime but which is needed by CatDV. Run the QuickTime Installer/Updater again and add this component. (On the Mac we have also seen this problem when using old versions of MRJ and QuickTime with MacOS 8.5.1. Upgrading to the current versions fixed the problem.)
