CatDV sometimes crashes for no reason (Windows)

Answer

Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of Java (available from www.java.com). You should also check that QuickTime is up to date. If you have problems with your graphics card when playing movies use the QuickTime control panel to adjust the compatibility settings.
