I'm using Live Capture Plus and getting a "Conversion process failed" error (Mac)

Answer

Live Capture Plus 2.1.3 made a change for Snow Leopard that breaks compatibilty with Mac OS X 10.4. If you encounter this error update to Live Capture Plus 2.2.
