Question

I'm getting "You don't have permission to save tape infos" whenever I try to publish changes to the server!

Answer

This is a bug in version 5.1.1 of the Enterprise Server which is fixed in the 5.1.2 update. (Alternatively, as a workaround, either remove the "Tape management" permission for the affected user(s) altogether, using the User Admin tab of the Server Admin Panel, or add the user to the System Group and give them "Tape management" access there. If they only have permission in a group other than group 0 (the System Group) it won't work.)
